Bhu Naksha AP Guide: View & Download FMB Cadastral Maps

The Government of Andhra Pradesh provides a dedicated digital mapping system for landowners to verify property boundaries and plot dimensions from home. Through the official Bhunaksha AP portal, citizens can access an interactive, village-wide cadastral map to locate their specific land parcels.

Step-by-Step Guide to Download Map Reports

Landowners can use the specialized online mapping software to view and print their layout plans by following these steps:

  1. Visit the official website at bhunaksha.ap.gov.in.
  2. Use the drop-down menus on the left sidebar to select your District, Mandal, and Village.
  3. Once the complete village map loads on the right side of the screen, zoom in manually to find your plot or enter your Survey Number directly into the search box.
  4. Click on your specific plot to open the “Plot Info” data box.
  5. Select the “Map Report” option to generate a printable PDF version of the cadastral map.

The system allows users to view or print maps for a single plot or all plots within the boundary area.

Important Note: Online cadastral maps downloaded from the portal are primarily for informational use. For official court cases or legal boundary disputes, landowners must obtain a “Certified Copy” signed by a Tahsildar or a competent revenue officer. If your plot information shows a “Data Not Found” error, the map is likely pending central digitization, which requires a visit to the local Tahsildar office.
